1000 and 2000 Series Instructions

Janice Stein of Dexter, IA says, "The dock was very easy to assemble and we sure enjoy it!"
TOOLS NEEDED
1/2" socket wrench (1000 Series)
9/16" socket wrench (2000 Series)
small rope or other tethering device
Before you begin:
Determine the layout and location of your dock
STEP 1
Install float connectors into all float section sockets where other float sections will be attached. Secure connectors into sockets with bolts, washers, and bushings provided (hand tighten only).

1000 Series - Connect 2 or 3 float sections prior to placing into the water. Temporarily tether to shore with rope.

2000 Series - Place first float section into the water and temporarily tether to shore with rope.

STEP 2
Position yourself on the floating section/sections. Continue adding sections by placing them over the connectors, shift you body weight to the new float section and hook into place. Secure with bolts, washers, and bushings.
STEP 3
Tighten all bolts in the dock with a socket wrench using 20' pounds for torque. Anchor as desired.

NOTE: All plastics have an inherent tendency to create static electricity. If you have a concern contact Connect-A-Dock Inc.

Align float section with connectors and position body weight here.

Heavy duty galvanized anchoring poles and/or gangway planks are available. For a quote e-mail jackk@kerrydocks.com with the length required.
